With over 15 years of experience in the food industry across the globe in  Indonesia, France and China,  Sawarto has enriched himself with a great sense of culinary skills & knowledge. 
 

Born in Indonesia and raised in Singapore, Sawarto has always been exposed to fascinating ingredients, flavours & textures . After graduating with a Culinary Arts Degree Majoring in Cuisine & Patisserie from the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, he started on his professional culinary journey in the Michelin-starred kitchens of Paris, the world's culinary capital.
 

Wanting to preserve his Chinese roots, he subsequently moved to China to learn real Chinese cooking with master chefs in renowned hotels. After working his way up to Executive Chef, he wanted to achieve more with food, and decided to return to Singapore, noticing a greater appreciation for quality food. 
 

In his journey of culinary excellence in Singapore, Sawarto realized that good food needs to be complemented with great marketing and started experimenting with food styling to increase consumer awareness of promising culinary concepts. In this age of social media, Sawarto believes that the world has decided that good food is now also an experience that must be "Instragram-worthy".
 

His client base now includes Global 500 food manufacturers, restaurant chains as well as publications.
